With over 15 years in the fitness industry, my curiosity for health, strength, and human movement has only grown deeper. When Covid shut down the gym world, I went back to my studies and completed a Masters in Obesity & Weight Management, a decision that continues to influence the way I coach, lead, and support our members today.
I’m incredibly proud to become a Biomechanics Education Ambassador. After 15 years in the fitness industry, I’m still continuing to learn and refine my craft.
