Rachel’s professional career in the health & fitness industry spans more than 2 decades originally as a professional dancer travelling across Europe & Asia. Her professional qualifications range from British Weight Lifting Coach, ETM, Sports Massage Therapist, Counsellor, Qualified Teacher Status, Assessor & IQA. Rachel is very passionate about her role as Managing Director of Biomechanics Education Ltd & so frequently lectures, presents & teaches at events both UK & Internationally about the benefits of the intrinsic biomechanics methods.
Wendy began her career as a professional dancer but soon realised that her passion was more about the teaching of dance & improving movement of the performer, than of performing herself. It was this light bulb moment, more than twenty years ago, that encouraged her to begin her journey in the health & fitness industry.
The constant demand from people seeking a holistic approach to health & wellbeing, fuelled Wendy’s thirst for improving peoples lives through movement and complementary therapy, hence her ever growing list of diplomas.
